MV Loch Tarbert operates the summer service from Claonaig - Lochranza (Arran). Built in 199 by JW Miller & Sons Ltd for the David MacBrayne Group. The vessel was intended for its current route to provide much needed extra capacity. In the winter the vessel provides cover to other vessels on various routes across the Caledonian MacBrayne network on the West Coast.
