Western Ferries is a small privately owned company which operates a fleet of 4 vessels across the Firth of Clyde from  Hunter's Quay (Dunoon) to McInroy's Point (Gourock). With a short crossing time of 20 minutes and with frequency of 20 minutes and a peak periods just 15 mins. The company operate a turn up and go policy with traffic waiting lanes at their dedicated linkspans both sides of the Clyde. The service operates for both Vehicles and foot passengers 365 days a year.
